7+ years experience with AS400 Development, Implementations, Operations, and Support

3+ years experience with AS400 EDI Configuration, Mapping, Onboarding, and Support

7+ years combined experience with the following programming languages

RPG III & IV / RPG LE / SQL RPG (Free Form and Structured)

Modular Procedures and Libraries

Copybooks

CL / CLLE

SQL / Embedded SQL

Remote System Calls

DB2 Design / Manipulation / Support

Strong understanding of

RPG II / RPG36

OCL / S36 Procedures

DFU

SDA

S36 Command Line Codes

Flat Files

Strong ability to

Interact with users to understand error reports and/or requested needs

Comprehend minimally documented legacy code

Interpret existing documentation and update as necessary

Troubleshoot and debug in a live production environment

Determine when to escalate

Communicate at both technical and non-technical levels

Comprehend the big picture as well as the details

Experience with

WEB Service (API) Consumption

WEB Service Creation

Complex Data Structure Design

Communication Debugging Techniques

Multi-tread processing
